John Curtis has been in the RF industry for the past 20 years dealing with power outputs from microwatts to Megawatts and in the low power licence exempt market since its inception over 10 years ago.

J and C Components represent Aurel, who manufacture low power radio modules in the 433.92, 868 and 915MHz bands, all are fully compliant with the relevant standards such as ETS 300 200. The range includes AM and FM transmitter and receiver modules, keyfob transmitters as well as transceivers and antenna. The keyfobs will work with proprietary decoders manufactured by Holtek, Motorola and Microchip's KEYLOQ systems. Aurel specialise in very low power consumption receivers. Applications include Gate openers, home and car alarm systems, home automation, telemetry and remote controls, to name a few. Receivers meeting the full automotive specification can be supplied. All product is manufactured in Aurel's ISO 9001 facility in Italy.

In addition, Aurel have a thick film manufacturing facility where Insulated Metal Substrate (IMS), Porcelain Enamelled Steel (PES) and Chip on Board (COB) modules can be made typically for the Automotive, Industrial Heating or Control, Welding, Traction, Home Appliance or Hi-Rel markets.
